The Pilates method will help you develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance and good posture.
Pilates exercises use our muscles in synergy with each other, helping to prepare and support our bodies for the physical challenges we face in every day life. Alongside the physical benefits, Pilates also helps to increase ones sense of wellbeing and reduce stress levels.
I offer both private and group Pilates classes. Private classes are a great way to learn the basics, to discuss correct positioning and to advance in the method with tailor-made sessions.
If, however you’d like to go straight into group classes then that’s great too – beginners are more than welcome in any of my classes. I offer a range of face to face, online and pre-recorded group sessions throughout the week.
