One to One Pilates sessions – £45 per hour (based from my Pilates studio in Eversley, Hampshire)
My current time table of group classes and corresponding prices are detailed below. All classes are an hour in length.

From my home based massage clinic in Eversley, I am delighted to offer the following range of treatment options:

PLEASE NOTE: I am not a mobile therapist and do not offer these treatments outside of my home based massage clinic.
Chair massage for wellness days and Corporate events
If you are interested in booking me for wellness events, both outside or in an office environment, or for more regular chair massages for staff etc, then please do get in touch. As a general idea, chair massages (to really feel the benefit) should be performed for a minimum of 15 minutes per person. You can book them for up to 20 minutes per person. Based on this I can massage between 3 and 4 people per hour.
